Our Story
We are two friends - Aditi and Hanming. We work in the tech sector and call Singapore our home. Hanming is also a local artist and illustrator who’s behind the art collection. What started as a casual brunch conversation turned into this charity fundraising campaign for this season of gifting.
We are partnering non-profits that support causes that most matter to us - sustainability of local art, feeding communities dealing with food insecurity and empowerment of vulnerable women.

We have always been passionate about visual arts, culture and heritage in Singapore, and inspired by the local creative scene as an active audience. During the 2020 lockdown, we have gained a deeper appreciation of creativity as a way to connect, express and share. We aspire to do the best we can to advocate for visual arts, especially during these challenging times.
With the ongoing global pandemic, economic downturn and border closures, many of us struggled with loneliness, anxiety, unemployment and grief. We also became increasingly aware of the challenges associated with food security. We gained deeper appreciation for the joy and comfort of sharing a simple meal with family at home, knowing that we are safe and together.
Another section of society, mostly women, who are particularly impacted by the ongoing crisis are foreign domestic workers (FDWs). They are keeping our families safe and well, supporting us in keeping our careers, while themselves being a vulnerable group and not being able to return home to see their loved ones.
We hope to join hands with you to play our small part in bringing greater well-being and a sense of security to the communities currently in most need. Beyond the small value of funds we will raise, we also hope to tell stories, spark conversations and raise awareness about these causes that matter to us.
