We ship our orders within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you need something urgently, please get in touch - we'll do our best to help.

Singapore Orders

Standard Shipping: allow 2-3 business days for shipping. Orders are shipped at flat rate $8 per order with additional $2 per piece.

If you have added framing service to your order, please note that framing service takes around 5 business days to complete.

International Orders Outside Singapore

We ship worldwide via SingPost with registered mail at $20. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, please expected some delay in global shipping.

PACKAGING

Each original artwork is signed and protected in a waterproof plastic sleeve with a sturdy backing board. They are shipped unframed and flat.

Option to add a simple frame (for Singapore based patrons only) so it arrives ready to hang. This option is not available if your shipping address is outside Singapore.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All items sold can not be exchanged, refunded or returned. 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to your selected charity partners. If you believe there is any damage occured during shipping, please contact us at hanmingcollection@gmail.com within 3 days of your order arrival.
